Day 8 - Shauna

Yes, its Monday, and yes, i am BACK ON TRACK.  My ugly slip on Saturday (which lasted the entire day, whoops) is now just a distant memory and I am cooking my eggs as we speak.  Back to the working out every evening and eating my 4 protein/fiber meals a day.

But I am not entirely unhappy with my 3 lb weight loss last week. SLOW AND STEADY WINS THE RACE, right??
