lori - 8 minutes

Lori here, So I was looking around last night and I came across this book I have, 8 Minutes in the Morning...so I am going to try to use some of that knowledge - the book is a 28 day program so we'll we give it an honest effort....

Imagine the ideal you, what do you see:
Yes, let's see, a slimmer face! Nice strong really toned arms, a flat hard strong stomach, legs, toned and tight, and strong, good flexability, and much higher energy level and nice increase in endurance.....

So I need to do a little weight lifting now and then I will work on making a nice breakfast for Ray and I.  Then I should do my meal/grocery list.

    People have aim for the good knowledge and such one is gain through studies of book, a schedule of daily 8 minutes in morning for 28 days make some form of perfect results. The ideal things seen in site http://www.essaycloud.org/ in detail for many ones.
